Quality and Type of Materials:
All materials are 100% standard wood products and are imported from Turkey, Russia, and Iran.
Pricing:
Prices vary according to the market and are subject to change.
Advance Payment:
An advance payment must be made to the company at the time of purchase.
Settlement of Payment:
All payments must be fully settled upon receiving the materials.
Transportation Costs:
All purchasing and transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Right of Inspection:
The buyer has the right to inspect the products before completing the purchase.
Returns:
Once the materials leave the warehouse, they cannot be returned.
Complaints:
Any complaints must be submitted within 24–48 hours after receiving the materials.
Legal Compliance:
All transactions are carried out in accordance with legal and official regulations.
Place of Purchase:
All materials must be purchased only at the main office.
Invoice:
Upon the buyer's request, any notes or remarks will be included on the purchase invoice.
